Technology is great until it does not quite work how you expected it to, right? No worries with your experience with your tickets as you do not always need a confirmation number after purchasing tickets. Following the prompts online, you should have had to log onto your My Disney Experience account to buy the tickets and usually these automatically link to your account when purchased so let's start there to find them.
First off, log onto your
My Disney Experience account either online or in the app. From the account online, scroll down to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section. In that section, you should see two headings at the top, one that reads "Tickets and Memory Maker". If you click on that, you should see your tickets linked here already. From the
My Disney Experience app, tap on the three horizontal lines at the bottom right and then you will see the option for "Tickets and Passes" where you should also find your linked tickets. If neither one of these options shows your tickets and you have checked your spam folder as well for any missed emails, I would call Disney at (407) 934-7639 and a Cast Member will be able to help you through this process.
