I did not receive a copy of my hotel receipt. How do I get a copy?

Howdy Diane, and welcome to planDisney

It sounds like you recently returned from a stay in the Disney Resorts Collection. I hope it was magical! If the post-Disney blues are hitting you hard, I find the best cure is dreaming up your next vacation. Whether it's in two months from now or two years from now, just planning a trip cheers me right up. The 50th-anniversary celebration will continue for another 18 months, so be sure to follow along on the Disney Parks Blog and social media to keep up to date with the excitement and new offerings that come online into 2022 and beyond.

Usually the evening before check-out day, you will receive your hotel receipt in the e-mail associated with your My Disney Experience account. The e-mail is from disneyresorts@disneyworld.com and should have the title of "Your Disney Resort Hotel Receipt." Be sure to check all of your folders in case the message accidentally ended up in spam or junk mail. If you are unable to locate it, call (407) 939-5277, and a Cast Member will assist you.

I hope this is helpful, Diane, and that you are successful in your mission! When you're ready to start putting together your next Walt Disney World, Disneyland Resort, or Disney Cruise Line vacation, we at planDisney are ready to help you every step of the way. Thanks for sending us your question, and we hope to see ya real soon!
