If we do not use our purchased Disneyland tickets scheduled April 27th 28th and 29th 2022. Is there a limit to how far we can use them in the future and what is the process for doing so. Thank you 😊

Hi there, Daniel! Welcome to planDisney. Oh boy, do I hope that you are able to make your scheduled trip next week! It is perfectly timed to the return of some beloved nighttime spectaculars AND you'll finally be able to give Mickey a big hug again!

While I know it may be difficult to put a pause on the magic, the good news is that those tickets have quite a long runway for your magic carpet. For multi-day tickets purchased this year, you have until January 12, 2024 to use them. If for some reason you do not find yourself back at the Happiest Place on Earth by that date, you can always use the value of your original tickets towards the purchase of a new set of tickets. The magic never fully runs out!

It sounds like you already have theme park reservations for April 27th - 29th set to go. I'm relieved to hear this as all Guests are required to have both a theme park ticket and a theme park reservation to enter the parks. If you are unable to make it to the Disneyland Resort next week, I would go ahead and cancel those reservations. You might be sprinkling a little pixie dust into someone's day by doing so as reservations for the rest of the month are hard to come by with Spring Break upon us! To cancel, go ahead and open your Disneyland Mobile App and tap the three-bar menu in the bottom right-hand corner. Select "Future Plans" and you should see each of the dates that you have reservations. You will also see the option to "Cancel Reservation". Follow these prompts for each of the days you are canceling and it will release the reservation back into the system. It will also allow you to make a new reservation if you already know when your next trip may be! Reservations open up 120 days out.

If you are able to make it next week, you'll definitely want to carve out some time to catch the Main Street Electrical Parade! Just one of the nighttime spectaculars debuting this week and making a limited return to celebrate its 50th anniversary. Complete with a brand new finale float with some fan-favorites from Encanto, Moana, and The Princess and the Frog along with themed treats throughout Disneyland Park that will get you in that Main Street Electrical spirit! Check out the Disney Parks Blog Foodie Guide ahead of your visit to EARmark a few must-haves! I know I will be first in line for the Light-Up Elliot Dragon Popcorn Bucket! I can't wait to see all my fellow Guests walking around with these adorable buckets once the sun sets!

Daniel, I'm sending some magic your way that all is clear for you to head to the Happiest Place on Earth next week! If you have any more questions, we are always here for you at planDisney.

    See ya real soon!
