Disney California Adventure Park.
For 2021, Disney Gift Cards may not be used to purchase Oogie Boogie Bash tickets. But never fear, because your extra funds will not go to waste. You'll be able to use your Disney Gift Cards to purchase food and merchandise when you're inside Disney California Adventure Park for the party. I know I can't attend a special event without wanting ALL the souvenirs (and all the special treats), so you could think about that gift card money as your budget.
