we did not purchase the dining plan so will we need to call ahead for reservations. we will be visiting disney world 6/4-6/8

    Hello, Russell,

I'm actually not quite sure what you are asking, but I'll do my best to answer what I think you are asking about; please send us another question if I didn't share the information you were looking for.

The Disney Dining Plan does not provide guests with reservations, so all guests need to make their own reservations for table service restaurants.  The reservations can be made by calling 407-WDW-DINE or by making them online.   You can also make reservations once you arrive at Walt Disney World by visiting any of the parks' Guest Relations or the lobby concierge counters at any of the resorts.

The counter service restaurants do not require reservations.

With your trip just around the corner (yea!), you may find that opting to eat at off times, such as mid-afternoon, may provide more availability for you when making reservations.

Have a great trip!  Please let us know if you have any further questions.
