Welcome to planDisney, Christina and thanks for dropping by with your question!
Christina, while a few things have been retired and there is quite a bit
“new” at the Walt Disney World Resort, I’m happy to report that you’re still able to entirely book at Walt Disney World Resort vacation through the website.
To get started you’ll want to visit
THIS PAGE and begin by inputting your desired travel dates and the number (and ages, if they are children) of guests (per room) at the top of the page. From there you’ll be taken to a page showing availability of
Disney Resorts Collection hotels. Once you select a resort you’ll be taken through prompts that allow you to choose theme park tickets and other add-ons. You can then pay your deposit and confirm your reservation. After this step all that’s left to do is say, “chEARS!” you’re going to Walt Disney World!
planDisney tip: If you don't see availability for your desired Disney Resorts Collection hotel, consider changing your travel dates if you have flexibility in vacation time. Sometimes holiday weekends book up quickly and by modifying your check-in dates, you'll find greater room selection. In order to keep planning for things like advanced dining reservations, you'll just need to
have your resort reservation linked to your
My Disney Experience account. Since you visited a few years ago, your My Disney Experience account should still be active.
Christina, I hope this helps as you're dreaming about
walking down Main Street, U.S.A.,
flying on the back of a banshee or
exploring other world cultures through cuisine. If you have any additional questions, please come on back to planDisney where we like to help guests even more than Minnie loves Mickey.
