    I can not make any park reservations through the my Disney experience web page. The page is either blank, or it gives a message that the page is not working. Is there another way to make park reservations?

    Hi there, Bernadine! Welcome to planDisney, and thanks so much for your visit! I see that you’ll soon be visiting Walt Disney World, and I would be happy to help sort out your Park Pass Reservations so you can be one step closer to your dream vacation!
     
    When it comes to navigating the Walt Disney World website, the first consideration is whether you are using the preferred web browser to view the websites correctly. Disneyworld.com is designed for optimal viewing with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Safari. However, I find that one versus another browser will often work best for me, so try at least 3-4 of these to be sure that it is not a technical issue. You can also use your My Disney Experience Mobile App to make Park Pass Reservations, so you may see if that option might help if the others do not. Lastly, if none of these tips work for you, consider a phone call to the Disney Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-5277.
