    We are not going to the park on the day we booked an ohana breakfast. Can we self park so we don't have to use a day that we planned to not go to the park

    Hello, Bill. Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. 

    The Best Friends Breakfast featuring Lilo & Stitch at 'Ohana is one of my very favorite character meals at Walt Disney World. You are going to have such a great time dining there! I think you'll be happy to know that if you are driving yourself to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort for your breakfast reservation, you'll be able to park there for free while you enjoy your breakfast. When you arrive at the resort, you'll be stopped at the security gate. The Security Gaurd will ask if you have a reservation, he or she will confirm that you do and then they'll direct you to where you can park. Something else I'd like to mention, just in case you weren't aware, is that if you are staying at any of the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels a benefit that you have is complimentary self-parking at any of the 4 Theme Parks. 

    Something that my family and I love doing while at Walt Disney World is looking for Hidden Mickeys. A Hidden Mickey is a subtle version of Mickey Mouse that has been added to different design elements throughout Walt Disney World. There are several Hidden Mickeys at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. One of the best ones is noticeable as soon as you enter the main doors of the resort. If you have time before or after your reservation, see if you can find it!

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
