Being able to modify
theme park admission via the
My Disney Experience app or by
visiting your Disney account online depends on how you purchased your tickets. If a travel agent assisted you to buy your tickets, you will not be able to make changes yourself. In this case, you will have to contact the professional to make modifications. The same applies if you purchased theme park tickets from online travel agencies. Once tickets are purchased via a third party, you must contact them for assistance. For further inquiries, I recommend contacting the Walt Disney World Resort in Brazil by calling (11) 4700-2835. Please note that if you have tickets that were impacted by the temporary closure and that are valid until September 26, 2021, you will be able to apply the value of the unused tickets toward the purchase of a ticket for a future date if you are unable to travel by their expiration date.
As you prepare for your visit, be sure to make
Disney Park Pass reservations and check the
latest updates on the reopening of the Walt Disney World Resort. I also recommend learning about
Disney MagicMobile, which is a great new feature that allows iPhone, Apple Watch, and Google Pay-enabled Android phone users to enter the parks by simply holding their mobile device near an access point (with valid admission linked to My Disney Experience). This is a great alternative for Guests who like to use technology to make life easier and those who do not wish to use a
