Hi Emanuele!
Welcome to planDisney! We are so happy you charted a course to us with your question. I am more than happy to assist you in
making Disney cruise plans...it’s my jam!
I’m sorry that you didn’t have any luck using the
Disney Cruise Line website to make a reservation. If your challenge was technical and you couldn’t find the right tabs to click, I can walk you through that process easy peasy! But if you had already decided on a cruise and it simply wasn’t showing up online, it may be that particular itinerary is already sold out. Not knowing what your travel dates are, I don’t know which category you fall in. So let’s assume you need some pointers on where to go on the site. If at any point this seems like too much, you can always simply
call Disney Cruise Line and a Vacation Planning Specialist will gladly assist you!
On the home page, there’s a rectangle-shaped box that shows Leaving, Sailing To, Departing From, and has a blue square beside that with the words “View Cruises.” Fill in as much information as you can and then click that blue box. It will then take you to a list of available sailings. You can customize your search to also show how many Guests are in your travel party, which ship you prefer, and any special itineraries you are considering.
If this doesn’t work for you, by all means call Disney Cruise Line and they will get you all set! If I can be of any help in the future, don’t hesitate to come back to
planDisney!
Happy Planning!
Sherry
