Hi Cassidy!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
If you are arriving between now and March 31, please click here for more information.
One sure way to make the most of your time at Magic Kingdom Park is to attend
Disney After Hours at Magic Kingdom Park. You will have exclusive use of the park (along with other Disney After Hours guests), with considerably shorter wait times for many of the most popular rides and attractions, offering the perfect time to enjoy lower crowds without the heat of the sun. Select restaurants will remain open, including
Main Street Bakery, but you can also enjoy ice cream and select bottled drinks which are included in the price of your ticket.
You can view the list of attractions that will likely be open at the event here. This means that some attractions will be closed, including but not limited to: The Barnstormer, Country Bear Jamboree, Dumbo the Flying Elephant, The Hall of Presidents, Liberty Square Riverboat, The Magic Carpets of Aladdin, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor, Prince Charming Regal Carrousel, Swiss Family Treehouse, Tomorrowland Speedway, Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover, Tom Sawyer Island, Walt Disney's Carousel of Progress, and Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room. Both lists of open and closed attractions is always subject to change, but you will see that the rides and attractions that are normally in operation during the event are some of those that attract the biggest queues during regular opening hours.
Tickets for this special event can be purchased online.
I love to enjoy any of the special events with limited tickets because you really can make the most of your time and experience many of your favourite attractions again and again. There is another
Disney After Hours event offered at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, which includes the headline attractions which always encounter long lines: Avatar Flight of Passage, Na’vi River Journey, Expedition Everest – Legend of the Forbidden Mountain,
DINOSAUR, Rivers of Light: We Are One, to name a few!
Please come back and visit us again if you have any further questions. We will be very happy to help you plan your magical vacation to Walt Disney World Resort.
