If you do not have a magic kingdom ticket for that day, say I had booked Epcot instead, do I need to book into magical kingdom to go there in the evening to watch the fireworks?

    Hi Samantha! Welcome to planDisney.

A Summer Magical Holiday will be here before you know it! I love that you want to head on over to Magic Kingdom Park to catch Happily Ever After to finish up your theme park day. Fans around the world rejoiced at the return of this nighttime spectacular. The show now features projections down Main Street U.S.A.

In order to visit more than one of the theme parks in one day, you need to hold either an Annual Pass or a Theme Park Ticket with Park Hopper® Option. In your case, a Disney Park Pass Reservation would be required to visit EPCOT in the morning hours. At this time, beginning at 2:00 PM, you can "hop" on over to Magic Kingdom Park for more park fun if you hold either of the two options listed above. Please note, you cannot visit two parks in one day with a Standard Theme Park Ticket.

Do not forget with your theme park reservation to EPCOT, you have the opportunity to try to join the virtual queue at 7:00 AM EST to experience Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. If you miss out in the morning, you can try again at 1:00 PM from inside EPCOT.

    Keeping it Magical,
    Cindy
