I'm sorry you're having trouble with your
Magic Key Pass, let's take a closer look to hopefully get the issue straightened out. If your Magic Key is no longer showing up in the "Tickets and Passes" section of your
Disneyland app, your Magic Key could have expired, or there is just a technical glitch in the app.
If your pass has expired, then you'll need to
purchase a new Magic Key Pass to begin enjoying the magic and its benefits at the Disneyland Resort. Hopefully that is not the case, and your Magic Key is still valid. If it is still valid, you can simply
re-link your Magic Key to your account. You'll need to locate your Magic Key barcode, which would have been emailed to you after you purchased it, and you can type in your pass ID number or scan the barcode back into your app.
