    Hi, Sandra!

You can begin booking your dining experiences when you reach your 180 day booking window, so mark your calendar for early February.

With your extended stay, I would plan on at least 2 days per theme park and 1 day at each of the water parks. The rest of the days you can use to revisit favorite parks, rest at the pool, or visit Disney Springs so your princesses can enjoy the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.

Your daughters might enjoy a meal at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall (Norway Pavilion in Epcot) where they will dine like royalty with the princesses.  For a family fun meal, try Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort. Another fun summer meal is Mickey's Backyard BBQ at Disney's Fort Wilderness Campgrounds.  Many of the character dining experiences book up quickly, so make sure to reserve your meal times once you are able.

You mentioned Beaches and Cream.  This is one of my family's favorite locations with their yummy burgers, and you simply must try to conquer The Kitchen Sink for dessert!  If you plan to book a dinner here, keep the evening free so after your meal you can stroll the Boardwalk, rent a surrey bike, and even catch the fireworks from Epcot.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
