Hi, Kimberly!
Thanks for sailing over to
planDisney with your question. We are happy to help so everything is practically perfect in every way when you board your beautiful
Disney Cruise Line ship. When arriving at the cruise terminal, have your passports and Port Arrival Form ready so you can breeze through
check-in and get the party started!
Your dietary needs are very important to the dining staff, so thank you for wanting to alert them to your dairy intolerance. I suggest completing the
Special Services Form so your dining team is aware of your allergy. The crew is fantastic about making sure each and every guest has safe (and still delicious!) meals throughout their time on the ship.
I also recommend attending the
Onboard Dining Session on embarkation day. This will be a great time to ask questions and get more information on dining around the ship. The time and location of this session will be listed on your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App once you board the ship.
Speaking of dining, make sure to take advantage of the complimentary
Room Service that is available to you. Call for a late-night snack or some goodies to enjoy between meals. I always keep some cash handy to tip upon delivery. When ordering, they will let you know the approximate delivery time, which is usually within about 30 minutes from time of ordering. My family always enjoys putting on a movie and enjoying a snack after a great day at sea! (Please check the menu on your Disney Cruise Line Navigator App. Most items are complimentary, but some snack items and beverages are available for an additional charge.)
Wishing you many magical and delicious meals during your cruise. See you onboard real soon!
Cathy
