Hi there, Nancy, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I’m so excited for your upcoming Disneyland Resort vacation! You’re going to make so many special memories!
I’m so glad you’re checking in to find out about the latest rules regarding the size of strollers allowed inside the Resort. I too was concerned to find out if my double-wide stroller would also fit within the new guidelines -- luckily, it does! According to the
Disneyland Resort Rules, starting May 1, 2019, the size of permitted strollers is changing from 36” in width x 52” in length to 31” in width x 52” in length. Luckily, most single and double strollers still fit within these new parameters. Based on the measurements you provided, it looks like your new stroller should fit within the new requirements at 21.5” wide and 37” long. So, you should be able to comfortably cruise the Disneyland Resort with your new stroller, without any worries. I’d recommend tying a balloon or ribbon to it to help you easily identify it in the Stroller Parking areas.
Here’s a helpful article from the Disney Parks Blog to simplify the latest rules and regulations to help you know before you go! I can’t wait for you to
