I do not have an iPhone. How can I reserve Minnie van please

Hello John! Let me start by welcoming you back to planDisney! It's truly an honor to have you back, so thank you for sending in your question.

The Minnie Van Service Connected by Lyft is definitely the most charming and convenient way to get around the Walt Disney World Resort! You can't help but grin when you see those big, stylish vans picking up your family from any Disney Resorts Collection hotel and whisking you away to select locations across the resort.

All you need is a smartphone with the Lyft app, which you can download from either the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Once you've got the app, just open it, confirm your pick-up and drop-off spots, select your payment method, and hit "Select Minnie Van." Easy peasy!

If the Minnie Van option doesn't show up right away, just scroll through your other vehicle choices until you find it. You'll be able to track your ride's progress right on the app's map, and you'll even get an identifying number to help you spot your van.

And don't worry if you need an accessible vehicle - just keep scrolling until you see the "Select Accessible Minnie Van" button.

Each Minnie Van is super roomy and comfy, with enough space for up to six guests and two child safety seats. Plus, your driver will be a trained and certified Cast Member, which only adds to the magic of the whole experience!

I hope this info helps, John! If you have any other questions or just want to chat, don't hesitate to let us know. We're always happy to help out a friend like you.
