    If we do not have hopper passes, how do we get to or do we get to, spend time in Down Town Disney? Must we park and go directly to the park we've chosen for the day only? What is in Down Town Disney for children ages 16 to 4?

    Hi Diane!

    With a Base Ticket, you can enter 1 of the 4 theme parks per day (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios or Animal Kingdom). You can enter & leave that park as many times as you'd like that day. You don't have to go directly to that park at opening. You can have breakfast at your resort or wherever & go later. However, if you're visiting during a peak season, I'd recommend arriving as early as possible. You can also start your day at Downtown Disney & go to a park later. Or start at a park, take a break & return to the park later. Its up to you as long as you return to the same theme park that you started in that day.

    Admission to Downtown Disney is free so you won't need a ticket. There are some attractions there that you can pay as you go if you'd like to enjoy them. In addition to all the awesome shops & great places to eat, here are some things your children may enjoy:

    * Marketplace Carousel
    * Marketplace Train Express
    * Cap'n Jack's Marina (boat rentals)
    * Characters In Flight (Tethered Balloon)
    * AMC Downtown Disney 24 & 24 Dine-In Theaters
    * Splitsville (upscale bowling)
    * DisneyQuest (indoor interactive rides & games)
    * La Nouba Cirque du Soleil
    * LEGO Imagination Center
    * Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique
    * Rawlings Making the Game (see how they make baseball bats)
    * RIDEMAKERZ (build radio controlled vehicles)

    Be sure to stop by the Waterside Stage. They often have live performances during the day.  In the summer months there are fountains near Once Upon A Toy that kids love to splash around in.  We like grabbing lunch or a snack & taking it to the tables near the water front & relaxing.

    Please let us know if you have any other questions. We're hEAR for you! Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison
