Hello . I can not find my tickets on my online account . Two were purchased on my account. One dated from 1/12/2020 3/6/2020 . What days can I arrive with these SoCal Res. 3-Day Ticket with Admission to 1 Park Per Day and Magic Morning Early Access?

    Hi Zalayah,

Hakuna Matata, Zalayah! It means no worries when it comes to planning visits to the Disneyland Resort

It sounds like you purchased a promotional Southern California Resident Ticket. If so, the good news is that the Disneyland Resort has extended the expiration dates for these tickets. You can check out the details in the "Modifications and Cancellations" area of the "Theme Park Tickets & Reservations" page. You'll want to take note of the blockout days for July 4 and for November 20-27, 2021.

You'll want to make sure that your tickets are linked to your Disney account. Perhaps you can find the confirmation number for the tickets you purchased and try to link them again. You might need to get assistance from the Disneyland Resort Ticket team. You can reach out to them and call them at (714) 781-4636.

Zalayah, one key step you'll want to take is to make your theme park reservations to visit the theme parks. It can be helpful to review the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar. Viewing the reservation availability calendar in advance will give you a good idea of when the theme parks have reservations open.

The idea to keep in mind is that you'll want to have your theme park reservations made and confirmed before arriving at the the parks.

Zalayah, here's wishing you all the magic for your visit to the theme parks!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
