    Not everyone in my group wants magic bands. They want to use their iPhones for everything. Can u use your Phone for genie+, adm ticket, room key etc? Also, How do they link their phones while it is under my account? Are they able to link their bank card?

    Welcome to planDisney, Emery!  We are glad you stopped by with your questions.

    With Disney MagicMobile service, Guests can create a digital pass and save it to the digital wallet on their device.  A Disney MagicMobile pass has much of the same functionality as a MagicBand.  Guests may use their Disney MagicMobile pass to access theme park admission, enter Lightning Lane attractions reserved with Disney Genie+ service, and link Disney PhotoPass photos to their My Disney Experience account.  Guests staying at Disney Resorts Collection hotels may also use Disney MagicMobile to charge purchases to their room folio.  To use your phone to unlock the door to your Disney Resort Hotel room, use the menu button in the lower right corner of the home screen of the My Disney Experience mobile app to select the "Resort Hotel" tile and then select "Unlock Door".  You will need to be sure you have enabled Bluetooth for the My Disney Experience app.

    You will be able to create Disney MagicMobile passes in the My Disney Experience mobile app (select the Disney MagicMobile tile and follow the steps) for yourself and any profiles you manage in your account.  To create Disney MagicMobile passes for additional Guests, use the blue "plus" button at the top of the screen.  Anyone who has their own My Disney Experience account should create their own pass on their device.  If you need to share a pass for a profile you manage so they can have their pass on their own device, you can do so via iMessage (Guests must be iPhone users.)  Since I am an Android user, I just log in to my account on my kids' devices and create and save a pass for them there.

    When using a MagicBand or Disney MagicMobile pass to charge purchases to your resort hotel room folio, the credit card on file will be billed.  Stop by the Front Desk at your resort hotel to have a Cast Member set up a different card for specific members of your party.  When using Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering or Merchandise Mobile Checkout, the default payment method is the card stored in your My Disney Experience account.  The payment method can be changed manually during the checkout process to enter a different credit or debit card or a Disney Gift Card.
