Hi Jane,
Walt Disney World goes out of its way to be accommodating to all sorts of
dietary restrictions, whether it is an allergy, intolerance, religious requirement or a preference, such as vegan or vegetarian. I have a friend who does not eat pork for religious reasons, and I have been with her at breakfast at table service restaurants when she has asked for turkey bacon or turkey sausage as a substitute. It has never been an issue.
You also will find turkey bacon on the menu at a number of the food courts at breakfast, both in some entrees and as a side dish. And if you don't see it, just ask. More often than not, the restaurant will be able to provide a turkey substitute for you.
I hope that helps you as you plan your vacation dining, Jane. Please let us know if you have any other questions or would like some restaurant recommendations. We're always here for Walt Disney World guests!
Wilma
