I'm excited you are considering a stay at Disney's Beach Resorts located along the coasts of South Carolina and Florida. While many Guests love visiting the Orlando area in order to explore the theme parks, if your looking for a relaxing beach vacation, Disney has you covered here as well. Each resort has direct beach access along with all of the Disney touches you are accustomed to when staying at a Disney Resort.
While these resorts are part of the
Disney Vacation Club, non-Disney Vacation Club members are still allowed to book a room here when they are available. After speaking with a Cast Member earlier today, reservations are allocated first to Disney Vacation Club members when their booking period becomes available. Typically, about six months in advance is when bookings will open up to all Guests. Keep in mind that availability will be limited since these rooms have already been available to book by members.
To book a room, you can do so online using
Disney's Vero Beach Resort or
Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort's websites. If you are having trouble navigating or are not finding availability, you can call (407) 939-7540 and speak to a Cast Member for assistance. They will be able to assist you with your booking.
If you end up visiting Disney's Vero Beach Resort, there is a wonderful recreational activity to check out. They offer a
Turtle Conservation Outing at select times throughout the year. You'll have an opportunity to observe the Disney Conservation Team Wildlife on the beach while they are in action. It's a great opportunity to see the turtles in their natural habitat and witness their nesting process. You may even be lucky enough to see a turtle hatch right along the beach.
