    Hi! We do not drink alcohol or cook with it and are wondering what accommodations are available for family style meals that include alcohol sauces. Garden Grill specifically. We have had other restaurants leave off sauce but then meat is dry. Suggestions?

    Hi Michelle:

    Disney World loves to accommodate its Guests where possible.  This is especially true when it comes to food.  I've never had any issue with Disney accommodating our family's food preferences and needs, even going so far as to prepare food off-menu.  I would explain your family's dietary needs.  Ask to speak with the chef or have the server speak with the chef on your behalf.  It's very likely the restaurant can prepare the sauce without alcohol, and if not, they can substitute a different sauce or maybe even prepare an off-menu sauce to suit your needs.
