    Hi. Not a Disney Vacation Club member but staying in a Villa this November. Are housekeeping and room service available to people who stay in the Villa's?

    Hi Gayle!

    As a Disney Vacation Club member who owns at Disney's Old Key West Resort, I can tell you whether you are a member or not, you are going to love your upcoming Disney Vacation Club villa stay.

    Daily housekeeping is contingent upon how you pay. If you are a cash paying guest (meaning you are not using the points of a DVC member), you will receive the traditional daily housekeeping services. If you are staying using member points, you will not receive housekeeping services until day 4 of your stay. Having said that, regardless of how you pay, you will receive daily trash removal and room service (where offered) is available for all guests.
