    We do not have a dining plan. We would like to reserve a dinner the day we arrive. Do the buses run to/from the parks even after the parks close? Animal Kingdom has a reservation at Koma after the park is closed.

    Hi Kristen,

    You don't have to worry about transportation before or after official park closing.  Walt Disney World does consider that they have Guests in their parks who have Advance Dining Reservations that are past park closing.  Typically, Disney transportation will run 60 to 90 minutes past park closing to ensure that guests have their rides home for the evening.

    If for any reason you are running really late there are cabs waiting outside the park.  You can hire one to take you to your resort; the fare will be approximately $20.  I actually use the cabs often at night.  It's incredibly convenient, and it's a really enormous timesaver.

    If you have further concerns please mention it to your server.  They will be able to provide the most current information on hand, and will advise you on how to get back to your resort.

    No stressing allowed..you'll have transportation after park closing.  I hope you have the most pixie dusted and magical vacation ever!
