Hi Vesna! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
You are so sweet to think of sending your family a package for them to discover when they arrive for their Walt Disney World Resort vacation! Their stay at
Disney's Pop Century Resort will be even more special as they see your surprise waiting for them.
As a general rule, when
sending packages to Disney Resort hotels, you want to include the hotel's name and address, the Guest's name (that is on the hotel reservation), the word "Guest," and the arrival date of the Guest. The arrival date will let the Cast Members at the
Front Desk know when the Guests will be arriving and can place a note on their account that there is a package being held for them. It is difficult to time mail delivery just right for a Guest's check-in day, so the arrival date really helps!
If you didn't include the arrival date, I suggest calling Disney's Pop Century Resort at (407) 938-4000. Speaking with a Cast Member about the package you sent and providing them with the details of your family's arrival date may help them watch for the incoming mail.
I hope this helps, Vesna! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
