Its not clear what is allowed are adult swim rings like found at the Disney Beach Club allowed in the pools?

    Welcome to planDisney, Chris!

Life is the bubbles, under the sea, or in my favorite pool at Walt Disney World Resort, Stormalong Bay at Disney's Beach Club Resort. A sand bottom and shipwreck replica waterslide are just two of the highlights of this pool. Let's dive into the topic of pool floats!

I confirmed with a Cast Member, many pool toys are allowed at Disney Resort Hotel pools while being used safely and under adult supervision. This includes some swim rings or floats. However, it is always up to the discretion of the lifeguards on duty. Any oversized floats that would obscure the lifeguard's view may not be allowed. The Cast Member I spoke to did specify that hard frisbees, snorkels, and fins are not allowed in the pools. The goal is for all Guests to realize "darling it's better, down where it's wetter" without distracting the lifeguards. Also, there are complimentary life vests of various sizes available at Disney Resort Hotel pools. I hope this helps you "devote full time to floating!"
