    Hi - I am not a California resident, but I would like to stay at the Grand Californian hotel from June 17-19, 2021. When I attempted to reserve online, the system asked me to confirm that I am a resident of California. Can I stay at the hotel?

    Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by, and we are so excited to answer your question regarding your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort! It also looks like you will be visiting in a few days! I know you are going to have the most MAGICAL time ever!

    As you know, Mickey Mouse and his pals have opened up the gates to the Disneyland Resort for guests all over the world to visit the HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH starting June 15, 2021! WOO HOO!!! All that being said, I am so sorry you are having difficulty booking a room at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel and Spa. It is also really strange the online system is asking you to verify if you are a California resident. I actually just called and spoke to a VERY HELPFUL Cast Member and explained your situation. In order to make sure you are able to book your TIGGER-ific vacation since the dates you want to visit are so close, she told me to tell you to call 714-520-5060 and make your reservation over the phone. In fact, she even checked availability for your dates, and they are available! Don't you just love happy endings?!
