    If we did not book our next sailing using the Placeholder Reservation during our last cruise trip, can we still enjoy the onboard offer for the next sailing?

    There's nothing quite like a Disney Cruise, so I understand why you are ready to book your next vacation! With first-class entertainment, excellent service, delicious dining, and fun activities around every corner, a Disney Cruise is the best! 

    I'd be happy to clear up your question regarding the Onboard Offer. You may only reserve the Onboard Offer while you are on the ship. If you have disembarked and didn't book a placeholder reservation using the Navigator app, you will not have access to the Onboard Offer at this time. I'm sorry if that isn't the news you were hoping to hear. I highly encourage you to look at the Special Offers section of the Disney Cruise Line website to see if there are any great discounts you can take advantage of for your next sailing. Sometimes the discounts are even greater than the Onboard Offer!

    I hope you find something perfect that's a great fit for you and your sailing crew, and that it isn't too long till you can see Captain Mickey and Captain Minnie again!
