I was not aware of the 60 day window to add 3 year old to a magic key of their own. Will I have to wait until magic keys become available for purchase?

Hey, there, Hi there, Hoo there, Marisela!

Welcome to planDisney! I’m thrilled that you and your little one are getting ready for a magical visit to The Happiest Place on Earth soon! As a fellow Magic Key holder with a tiny tot of my own, I love helping out other families who are planning their visits! Since your little Mousketeer just turned three, make sure to pick up a complimentary Celebration Button at any of the retail stores around the resort. Whether their birthday was 10 weeks ago or 10 months ago, there are no rules when it comes to celebrating—let the party begin!

When it comes to assigning a Magic Key to a 3-year-old, the final decision will be made by the cast member at the ticket booth. So, I’d suggest heading over to one of the ticket booths at the main entrance with your little one in person. However, if Magic Key sales open up before your next visit, it’s a great idea to grab one then to make sure everything’s set!

I hope this helps make planning your next visit with your little Prince or Princess as smooth as Dole Whip, Marisela! If you have any more questions or would like more tips, feel free to reach out to me again. I promise I won’t dash off like the White Rabbit or disappear like the Cheshire Cat—I’m here to guide you every step of the way!

A very merry unbirthday to you!
