So I ran faster than Gus Gus over to the
Reservation Window FAQ, and this is what I found. This amazing, enchanting extra is available to guests with a valid Disney Resort Hotel Reservation, starting 60 days before your arrival for the full length of your stay (up to 10 nights). All other guests can make reservations starting 60 days in advance. The first thing I would check is to log into your My Disney Experience account on the
Walt Disney World website or in the
My Disney Experience app, then tap View My Plans and Tickets to confirm your reservation is attached. If not, you can add it, then go back and see reservation availability. If that doesn’t do the trick then I would recommend contacting
Guest Services or the Chat With Us in the app.
If the day or time you want is unavailable, I recommend to keep checking regularly, as openings appear when people cancel or reschedule. I’ve also heard guests say they have had success stopping by to see a Fairy Godmother as soon as the park opens to check for same-day openings.
