    Are you not allowed to book 1 night stays? i’m a local but would only like to stay 1 night but unable to. but if i choose 2 or more nights i’m able.

    Hi Ariel!

    When my family lived in Florida, we enjoyed many one night stays at a Walt Disney World Resort. We would pop down to Orlando early Saturday, enjoy a day in the parks, spend the night, and hit the parks again Sunday. We would head home as late as possible on Sunday evening which resulted in a few extra-cup-of-coffee Monday mornings.  

    Typically Walt Disney World hotels only require a one night minimum, but from early October until December 5, 2021 a two night stay is required for new bookings. Disney Vacation Club members using points are not subject to a two night minimum. No announcement has been made about why this policy has been temporarily implemented. If you reserve a room for December 5th or later, you should be able to enjoy a one night stay.
