    I am not able to view download all option in my disneyexprience login, Could you please let me know how I can download all photos from my gallery at once rather than going through one by one. Thanks

    Hello Sujeesh! 

    Welcome to planDisney! I love having Memory Maker on every trip to Walt Disney World Resort. While my kids may not be as enthusiastic about mom needing all these photographs, I know that in the future they will be glad we have these photos together. 

    One of my favorite ways to extend the magic of my Walt Disney World vacation is to go through my Disney PhotoPass gallery and relive all the fun moments. I just downloaded several photos to make this year's family Christmas card so I am eager to answer your question!  Now, there are two ways to download the images from the gallery. 

    1. Using a computer browser and not the My Disney Experience Mobile App you can visit the Disney PhotoPass gallery and download as many images as you like. The trick to downloading multiple images is to select one image so that the green checkmark appears on the top right. You will then see a box appear on the top right that says "Select all visible media" and you need to go ahead and check that box. Once you do that all images will be checked off with the green checkmark. You can unselect an image by tapping on the green checkmark if you don't want to download it. On the top right press the blue "download" button and several small windows will open up. Make sure your browser is not blocking any pop-ups. The windows will show the status of your downloads and you will see many zip folders with all the image and video files in the place your downloads normally end up. Ta-da! You're done!

    2. If you use the My Disney Experience Mobile App on a mobile device then you will only be able to download the images one at a time. There is not yet a way for the files to be downloaded all at once so avoid this option as it won't meet your needs.
