Welcome, Foolish Mortal Claudia, to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
Thanks for your spooktacular question. I just love
Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort! From GOURDgeous decor to devilishly delightful eats, there are tricks and treats around every corner.
As you mentioned, if you do not have tickets for Oogie Boogie Bash - A Disney Halloween Party, you are definitely more than welcome to enjoy your evening in Disneyland Park. While adults may not dress in full costumes unless they are attending the event, children under 14 are still welcome to dress up. This doesn't mean you can't rock some Halloween-inspired clothing or cute Disneybounds, though!
Disneyland Park has some great Halloween Time perks even if you aren't attending the party. You can ride Haunted Mansion Holiday for a limited time featuring an impressive version of this ride paired with The Nightmare Before Christmas. You can also check out
Halloween Screams nightly, and even enjoy it with fireworks on select nights. Don't forget to also get some ghoulishly delightful photos around the park meeting your favorite Characters dressed in costume as well as eating all the amazing fall foods.
I hope this helps, but beware of hitchhiking ghosts!
