I am not able to make a park reservation with 3 of my tickets. Please help

Hey Howdy Hey Katherine and welcome to planDisney!

Thank you so much for stopping by with your question about making Theme Park Reservations. I am so sorry to hear you are having issues with this step. I will be happy to go through a few technical steps to hopefully get this process going. So without further adieu, let's get this wagon train a-movin'!

The first thing that I would recommend, is to try doing everything online through your My Disney Experience account versus the My Disney Experience app. I don't know why but I have had issues on the app but not online with things like this. Once you log onto your account, verify you have your tickets by looking in the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section and going to the heading "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker". Make sure you have all of your tickets linked and they are assigned to the right member of your party. As long as they are all correct, step 2 would be trying to link them again.

Back to your My Disney Experience home page, at the top look for the icon for Park Tickets and ensure it is light up blue and your tickets are linked to your account. Next, look over at the icon for Park Reservations and roll over that icon with your cursor and click on the button to Make Park Reservations. Hopefully, that has helped, but if not, there are still a few things you can try.

The next step you can try is the old log out and then back in. So completely log out, close the browser, log back in and try it again. It still surprises me how often this step works. Sometimes if you go to the Theme Park Reservations page and approach this step from a new angle this helps as well. I would give this option a try to see if you have any success there.

The last option, if all else fails is giving Disney a call. You can reach them at (407) 934-7639 and a Cast Member will be happy to get things rolling for you so you can get back to the fun of planning your trip!

Best of luck on getting your Theme Park Reservations ironed out, hopefully, these steps helped get things back on track. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out and let us know, we would be happy to help!
