50th Anniversary Celebration!
I recommend you read the terms and conditions of your specific tickets and their usage because according to the current
Walt Disney World Resort Ticket Expiration Deadlines & Usage, tickets that have been activated on a start date must be used within the valid use period provided at the time of purchase, therefore, for your activated 10-day tickets, they would have expired 14-days after the selected start date back in February (subject to change).
Helen, for unused, expired theme park tickets Guests may apply the amount paid towards the purchase of new tickets if the new ticket purchase price is equal to or greater that the amount paid for the original tickets (subject to change). I encourage you to contact
Walt Disney World Resort – Help Center for further questions and support with your Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets.
Helen, once your theme park ticket matter is resolved, I recommend
