You most definitely should be able to start using
Disney Genie Service right now for your upcoming visit next week. In fact, I have a theme park reservation booked for August and I'm happy to share that I was able to select my top picks and interests in the
Disneyland app using Disney Genie Service.
We can double-check just to be extra sure that you have a theme park reservation for the day. Open the Disneyland app and tap the "☰" to open the menu. Scroll down under "My Visit" and tap "Future Plans" to find all confirmed theme park reservations. If you don't see a "Disney Theme Park Reservation" for the day of your visit, I recommend making a reservation as soon as possible. I checked the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar and saw that there are still reservations available for both parks at this time (subject to change).
If you do have a theme park reservation, check that you have the latest version of the operating system available for your mobile device. You can also manually check to see if an app update is available. I also recommend logging out and closing out of the app to see if that helps resolve the challenge. If not, you can also
reach out to a friendly Cast Member for additional assistance.
