    was not able to get the food plan what do you suggest for a family of 4 adults and 2 little kids ty

    Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel. You won't miss Disney Dinning Plan. You will be able to have  all the delicious food at WDW without it. For the table service restaurants, you will need reservation. Start now trying for a character meal, you will all going to love. Try at Cape May Cafe, or at Tusker House Restaurant. You can try through the web or by calling 407 WDW-DINE. On your fist day there, you will be surprise about how huge the portions are. And you are going to start to calculate how many portions to order for the fourth of you. Your kids probably can share a meal easily  at the quick service restaurants. At Magic Kingdom, please have a hot dog at Casey's Corner, it's a classic. You can find a great list of the restaurants and their menus at Touring Plans, a non-official website but they have accurate information.
