Thanks for taking the time to stop by with your question for us. And welcome back to reality. I find it tough getting back to the daily grind after being pampered and having a nightly turn-down service with chocolates and a whimsical towel creation on our bed.
Crew members work tirelessly around the clock to ensure all Guests have a magical, unforgettable vacation. Filling out post-cruise surveys to give honest feedback is important. There are also places on the survey for you to recognize crew members who have gone “to infinity and beyond” during your sailing.
On my last cruise, a digital Guest Survey was available on the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App during the last couple of days; unfortunately, it was only available while connected to the ship’s onboard WiFi. If you were unable to complete the survey prior to disembarking, Hakuna Matata! It means no worries, Doug! There are other ways to let your voice be heard. After completing a sailing, Guests receive an email with a link to take a survey about their experience with Disney Cruise Line. Alternatively, you can also
email Disney Cruise Line if you wish to provide any feedback regarding your recent sailing (you can select "My Recent Cruise" as the subject line).
