I am sorry you are having trouble with the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. Let's see if we can try a few things. Feel free at any time to give a
call to a friendly Disney Cruise Line agent who will be able to assist you with your technical issue.
Start by logging out of the app then logging back in. I know it sounds basic, but sometimes that is all it takes. If you want to change the time of an activity, you will first need to cancel the current one then add the new. The system will not let you book select activities twice, and in many cases will not allow 2 activities that overlap. For example, if you have Palo dinner at 6pm on Day 2, you will need to cancel before you can reschedule for Day 3.
Another avenue to try is logging into Disney Cruise on your home computer or laptop. Sometimes this will allow you to make those needed changes.
If you are still unable to book or cancel plans, give a call to Disney Cruise. They will be happy to make everything ship-shape so your plans will be in order.

Guest Services will be your "go to" with any issues. I had a problem with my imessage on my last cruise and they fixed my issue in a jiffy! If trying to book
Port Adventures once on the ship, stop by the
Port Adventures Desk for assistance. Everyone at Disney Cruise is super helpful so you will get your issues resolved.
