    I was not able to book my Fantasmic Dining Package at my 180 day window. But it has since opened for Hollywood & Vine and Brown Derby but not for Mama Melrose. When can we expect it to open? I check 2-3 per day. Why would one restaurant slots not open?

    Disney's Hollywood Studios is always a must do theme park when I visit the magic of Walt Disney World Resort with my own family. We particularly love all the Star Wars attractions and entertainment there and were so very excited about recent D23 announcements including the new name for this far, far away land; Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge which you can read all about in this Disney Parks Blog article. 
    Fantasmic! is also utterly unmissable and is especially delightful when teamed up with the delicious Fantasmic! Dining Package. I'm sorry to know that thus far you've been unable to secure an Advanced Dining Reservation for Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano as part of the Fantasmic! Dining Package, but as everything is always subject to change at Walt Disney World Resort it is rather tricky for me to predict when and if Mama Melrose's will be added to the list of participating restaurants for the Dining Package during the dates of your visit. 
    My best advice is for you to continue to persevere with checking back with Disney dining to try and secure a reservation.
