    Hello again, Katrin!

Welcome back to planDisney and thank you for returning with another excellent Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question. Yippee! You've booked your next visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth, and your vacation countdown clock has officially been reset. As we approach your next enchanting escape to the Walt Disney World Resort, let's discuss how to modify the Disney Resort hotel reservation you've secured through a bounceback offer.

Katrin, bounceback offers (also known as "Future Stay Offers") are a fantastic way to lock in your next Walt Disney World Resort vacation, either during or immediately after a current stay, at a discounted rate. I'm excited to hear you were able to take advantage of this outstanding deal during a recent vacation! I understand you're interested in adding a Guest (your husband) to your existing reservation and/or adding another Resort hotel room to your booking. Katrin, as long as your current room type can safely and comfortably accommodate an additional Guest, you should be able to add your husband to your booking. However, since bounceback offers may only be booked in the period within seven days of your checkout date, it's unlikely that you'll be able to add an additional room under the same offer. Since I'm not sure when you booked the offer, I recommend reaching out to the friendly Cast Members at the Walt Disney World Resort via phone for additional guidance.

Did you know that some Disney Resort hotel reservations can be modified online? To check whether your booking is eligible for online modifications, log into your Disney account on the Walt Disney World Resort website and click on the "My Disney Experience" tab. Scroll down to locate the reservation tied to your bounceback offer. If there is a button allowing you to "Change Reservation," select it and follow the prompts to modify your Resort hotel reservation by adding a Guest. If you do not see the option to modify your reservation online, reach out to the Walt Disney World Resort via phone to modify your reservation using the phone number listed on this screen.

Katrin, I hope you've found these suggestions helpful as you continue to plan your next holiday at The Most Magical Place on Earth! In the meantime, I'd like to wish you and your family a very happy holiday season. If you have any additional planning questions, you're always welcome to return to planDisney anytime. We're here to help you make magical vacation memories!

    Warm wishes,

    Lauren
