Does North Carolina State employees(Social Workers) gets a discount for the parks

    Hi Tamara,

Welcome to planDisney! I am always happy to greet a fellow North Carolinian!

I am delighted to hEAR you inquiring about theme park tickets. All discounts with the Walt Disney World Resort are available on the Special Offers page. So, keep your eye on that page to see which Special Offers might be applicable to the dates of your visit.

Given your arrival dates, I would highly suggest that you make your plans now. You will need Disney Park Pass system reservations to enter the theme parks. June has already started to see reservations at some park reach capacity limits. While there currently is availability for July, that could change any day. Check the theme park reservation availability calendar to confirm park pass availability prior to purchasing your park tickets.

If you are planning to book a resort hotel and theme park tickets, be sure to price those as a vacation package. Once you book that vacation package or just theme park tickets if you do not need a resort hotel, link that package or tickets to your My Disney Experience account. Once your tickets are linked, you can then make park pass reservations.

As you continue to plan, also consider making advanced dining reservations. We counted ourselves lucky to have them on our last visit. We loved having guaranteed times to dine and although we appreciated Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering, it was nice to have a table-service meal each day!

Tamara, I am sending a little pixie dust trusting you will find a discount that works for your budget! Get those tickets, link them, make park pass reservations, and get ready for an Incredible Disney visit!

    Magic and memories,
