Normally (non-Covid) do WDW table service restaurants allow to-go (for ex Olivia’s), where food can be eaten by the pool for instance? Also, normally, does OKW have nightly live music?

    Hi Maegen,

Welcome back to planDisney! I've spent some of my most relaxing moments at Walt Disney World at the Old Key West resort, lounging by the pool, enjoying breakfast or late-night drinks on the patio and strolling through the grounds.

And I think Olivia's is a hidden treasure. We've had some lovely dinners there with family and friends and always look forward to returning. Under normal circumstances, table service restaurants such as Olivia's typically do not do takeout. For poolside dining, we usually grab a bite from the Gurgling Suitcase. I'm craving an order of conch fritters just thinking about it. And, if you ask, they can usually get lunch and dinner items from the Olivia's menu for you there.

You also can get takeout food from Good's Food to Go, the counter service restaurant near the Gurgling Suitcase. (Turtle Shack Poolside Snacks is temporarily unavailable during the phased reopening of the resorts.)

I'm not aware of any live music performed at Old Key West. But one other advantage of that resort: it's close to all the entertainment available at Disney Springs.

Thanks for stopping by with another question, Maegen. I hope I've helped with your planning. Please let us know if we can offer any other tips or suggestions for your next visit. Enjoy!
