normally go to Disney with my one son who will only eat pancakes, chicken tenders, fries & occasionally a pizza. We used to love 1900 & Chef Mickey because we could both be happy. Going in March with my 26 & 33 yr old son & DIL- options?

Welcome, Lisa! Glad you stopped by and I am happy to help with your planning. I also have a son who is selective with what he wants on his plate as well. And as parents we just want them to eat something. Luckily the Walt Disney World Resort has loads of food locations that will satisfy the most adventurous palates to those with classic simple tastes.

Chef Mickey's is still a staple buffet known for Mickey-shaped waffles and "Celebration" Mickey pancakes. Yet still has more exciting flavors like the Banana Bread French Toast with espresso-mascarpone cream, toasted bananas, and chocolate crumbles. Both breakfast options have been approved by this family's father-and-son combo.

For dinner, I would recommend Trattoria al Forno for some Old world fare at this Italian eatery. I would start with the Calamari and have the Lasagna al Forno for my main course. And yet another place where you can satisfy the simple palate with a Cheese Pizza or a Mickey Pepperoni Pizza.

I hope both options are places you can use on your trip. I am excited about your arrival, so I hope you are too! And please don't hesitate to come back with any other planning needs.

    See Ya Real Soon!
