We normally drive to WDW but are flying in for the scavenger hunt. Does anyone have experience taking their lanyards with pins on planes?

    Hi Crystal!

I bet that you are excited for the D23 Destination D Scavenger Hunt in Walt Disney World in May!  As a Day One Charter D23 Member, I can't wait for that whole weekend!

Yes, I have brought both lanyards and pins in my carry on multiple times on my trips to Walt Disney World with no issues at all.  A few times I had mine and my son's pins and lanyards in the same carry on bag and had no problems.  If you are concerned, you can also put your pins and lanyards in your check-in luggage.

I hope that you have a magical time pin trading on your next trip to Walt Disney World!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
