Can non-retired military veterans get the military discount?

    Hey there Lyndsie!

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'd love to help answer your question about the military benefits offered by the Disneyland Resort. At this time, the specially priced 3-Day and 4-Day Park Hopper Tickets are only offered to active and retired members of the U.S. Military with proper identification. These tickets can be purchased at your local base ticket office. Unfortunately there are not currently any discounts offered for non-retired military veterans.

If a member of your family is a veteran, I do want to let you know about a special ceremony to honor past and present members of the U.S. Military that happens daily at Disneyland Park. The Flag Retreat Ceremony takes place right in the center of Town Square at 5:00 PM by the flagpole, and everyone is invited to recognize the service of each branch of the military. This respectful ceremony includes patriotic music and a call to honor the brave members of the military that have served or are currently serving. I highly recommend you take some time out of your day to participate in this Disneyland tradition.

If you have any other questions about planning your vacation to the Happiest Place on Earth, please stop by again! Have a magical day!
