Kaitlyn from PA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We are a non-profit museum based out of Trenton, NJ. We would like to come for a team building trip to WDW. Are there any discounts for Non-Profit companies?

Hi there Kaitlyn, it's great to welcome you and your team here to planDisney!

As someone who has spent some time working in museums myself, I think it's so great that you're bringing your team down to Walt Disney World Resort for perhaps a bit of a change of pace from your galleries or archives to really strengthen the bonds between the folks who make up your organization. Looking around here I notice quite a few groups of adults venturing down together to enjoy their time here at the theme parks, and while previous tickets programs offered to non-profit organizations and schools may not currently be active, here are some other suggestions that you could explore:

Your best bet would be to reach out to the folks at Disney Parks geared towards groups who can assist with booking your group's stay, meetings or events and even discounted theme park tickets. at the time of writing, fellow planDisney Panelist Nimmy came across signage for 2024 Meeting and Convention Theme Park tickets that offered special rates to visiting groups and conferences for admission either after 1:00 P.M. or even a Twilight Ticket valid after 5:00 P.M. Since offerings are always subject to change without prior notice, it might be a good idea to reach out to them sooner or submit a request so that they can advise you of the options that your team might be eligible for!

I hope this helps, Kaitlyn! Feel free to come back to planDisney any time for more tips or advice about how to spend your time down here with your team on your upcoming outing!

And in the words of the Wildcats, you're "All in this Together!"
