We are a nonprofit arts organization for adults with disabilities and we are considering a trip to Disney as our annual vacation. Does Disney offer any large group ticket packages or nonprofit discounts for a day in the park?

    Hi there Sierra!

Welcome to planDisney, the most magical place on the internet! Wow, Sierra, what an inspiring group you have. I am honoured to be able to help you during this process and that you came to us while planning this magical occasion! Planning a visit for a large group can definitely be tricky, but as Rapunzel would say: "I'm sure there's room somewhere!"

One of my favourite things about the Walt Disney World Resort is that it brings people together and allows them to create magical memories that will last a lifetime. For any help with planning a vacation for large groups and any special offerings, I recommend reaching out to a Disney Cast Member via email or phone. Indeed, Disney has been welcoming large groups for all kinds of special occasions for years, so much so that some of their Cast Members are there specifically to help requests like yours. In this case, I would especially recommend calling (407) 939-1942, as they should be able to help with reservations for larger parties! Cast Members truly are real-life fairy godparents, and I am optimistic that they will be able to help.

Once you arrive at the Walt Disney World Resort, there are so many fun activities that you could do to stay in the theme of the arts! Personally, I love going over to Rafiki's Planet Watch at Disney's Animal Kingdom and participating in the Animation Experience at Conservation Station. With detailed instructions from talented animators, you will learn how to draw some of your favourite Disney characters. Plus, Rafiki's Planet Watch includes the Resort's veterinarian hospital and teaches you about all the animals' care in the parks. And did I mention this section has an Affection Section, or petting zoo, and a fun and relaxing train ride?

I hope this was helpful, Sierra, and that you and your fellow members will be able to experience the Disney magic real soon! If you have any other questions in the time leading up to this visit, please don't hesitate to reach out. Much like Rapunzel always likes to add new paintings to her gallery, we always love to answer more of your questions!

    Have a magical day,
