    I have 3 non-expiring tickets from 10 years ago. Each ticket has 3 park passes remaining, is it safe to assume we can still use these tickets in 2018? Will I need to upgrade because my children are now adults?

    Hi Jamie, 

    Thanks for sending your question to the Disney Parks Panel. 

    Although Disney no longer issues non-expiring tickets, guests are still able to use their old non-expiring tickets.  Because your children are now adults, you will have to upgrade your old tickets to adult tickets prior to entering a theme park.  The cost will be the difference in value between your old tickets and the new tickets you are upgrading to.  If you have any questions regarding this process or the exact cost, please call (407) 939-1289 or visit guest relations and a cast member will be happy to assist you further.
